South Korean K-pop band BTS has taken to social media to announce their new album with the slogan “We Are Bulletproof.” The video was first shown on April 16 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, where the idols closed out a series of four US concerts.
The teaser showcases BTS’ previous work, and then the words “We Are Bulletproof” appear on the screen. In the end, the comeback date is revealed as of June 10, 2022. The band’s label Big Hit Music has confirmed the album’s imminent release, Variety reports.
“BTS will be returning with a new album on June 10, 2022. Details of the new album will be provided in a separate notice at a later date,” the boy band said in a statement.
It was previously reported that BTS’s Jungkook contracted the coronavirus at the end of March.
